1.What about parts for the control in case of any breakdown?  

After the delivery of the machine, we will send you a manual to teach you maintenance of the machine, the machine does not easily appear problems, we will also send you along with the machine some wearing parts for your convenience to replace.We adopt with word famous brand control parts,you can buy the same parts from locally easily,even after the waranty time.

2. How long I can receive the machine in my factory?  

It need 20-40 days (from receive of payment) to finish the ????production and book the vessel. It will take about 40 days for the vessel from Qingdao.The installation will take 30 days. Totally it will be around 90-110 days.

3.what is your guarantee ? 

we will supply 18 monthes guarantee for the machine quality.And when we delviery the block machine we will give you some spare parts freely. We equip with wold famous parts,so customers can by these parts very easily from locally.

4.Can your engineer go to my place to install the block machine ? 

Yes ,of course .We can arrange our engineer go to your your place .they can help you install the block machine and train your workers how to use the block machine and do regular maintainance.  Round  ticket  for our engineer need buyer pay . engineer salary 120usd per day.

5. Is this block machine suitable for us to use?
