Four guidepost, the moulds rise/drop steadily. 4. PLC control system Adopt the proportional valves, can adjust the pressure through PLC control system. There are two oil cylinder on top mould and one oil cylinder under down mould, up and down press at same time, the brick is much stonger. There is the touch screen attached in PLC control box, can adjust the pressure through the touch screen, it is so easy. 5. High quality mould Adopt the plunger pump and proportional valves, the pressure is double. All mould use precise wire cutting and carburizing heat treatment to prolong its service ce life.The mac machine frame is made of special thick steel and using special welding techniques. The whole machine is strong and durable.
